How do I participate in the AHTS?

Response: Attendance to the AHTS is primarily by registration. You can contribute by first securing your pass on our registration page.

Can I register onsite?

Response: Onsite registration may be available depending on capacity. We encourage all participants to register through our website in advance.

Can one apply for a speaking slot opportunity?

Response:Speaking opportunities at the AHTS are primarily partner-led, with speakers nominated and confirmed by our partners as part of the session development process. Please share your speaker profile and proposed topic with maureen@dalagroup.africa for consideration, should speaking slots be available.

Do I need a visa to enter Rwanda?

Response: Visa on arrival is available to citizens of all countries. Upon registration the system automatically generates a visa support letter to support your visa processing. You can also visit the Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration for all your visa queries.

Response: First, register for AHTS 2026 to become part of the AHTS community and receive our monthly newsletters, event updates, and exclusive opportunities. During the Summit, the AHTS mobile app will enable you to connect with attendees, book meetings, and network with professionals across the health innovation ecosystem.

How can I exhibit, partner or lead a session?

Response: Partnership opportunities are open with AHTS @ 5 and  customizable to align with your visibility and collaboration. Kindly reach out to partner@dalagroup.africa to reserve your slot.

Can I attend online?

Response: At AHTS we pride in providing a physical platform for stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to learn, connect and collaborate. Selected sessions will be available virtually for registered participants who will receive the access instructions. Virtual attendees connect through:
  • Live streaming of selected sessions 
  • Access to digital materials 
  • Interactive Q&A 
  • Session recordings (where available)

When does badge collection kickstart?

Response: The accreditation booths for the AHTS @ 5 will be open from 16:00 HRS EAT at the Kigali Convention Centre.

What is the refund policy for registered delegates?

Response: You can review the full policy  through our terms and conditions page.
  • Cancellations requested more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations requested 30 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
  • Registrations are transferable to another participant from the same organization, subject to prior written notice.
